The national TSA conference is the highlight of the year for many TSA members. With an expected attendance of about 10,000, the conference offers an opportunity for members to compete and earn recognition, participate in leadership training, and network with peers from around the country.
Parents attending the conference must be registered - either as part of their child’s chapter (this type of registration is completed by the chapter advisor) or as a guest/chaperone (registration is completed by the parent). If you are not registered with your child’s chapter, you should choose “Other Attendees” on the conference registration page when you register yourself.
Parents whose registration was included with the chapter registration submitted by the chapter advisor can pick up their name badge during the state delegation meeting on June 27th. Parents who registered on their own prior to the conference can pick up their name badge at the TSA Information Desk (Delta Ballroom Registration Desk C) on Friday, June 27th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, or Saturday through Monday (June 28th – June 30th) after 8:00am.
A list of competitive events open for viewing by registered conference attendees can be found here. Spectators must observe “audience” guidelines set down by the event coordinator, and – at all times – must be respectful of the individuals/teams participating in an event.
In addition to open viewing competitions, parents and guests may attend events at the conference, such as the general sessions (including the awards session), the TSA Meet and Greet, and special interest sessions. Check the schedule-at-a-glance for times and locations
A parent who has agreed to serve as the chapter advisor at the conference must be familiar with and assume all the responsibilities ordinarily required of a TSA chapter advisor. This includes having in your possession a printed copy of the conference chapter schedule and attendee required signed forms (collected from the TSA chapter advisor) prior to the conference. Important information can be found on the Parents Serving as Chapter Advisor page.
Anyone who attends any portion of the 2025 National TSA Conference must register for the conference, including parents, children, and other guests. No one will be admitted to any event, including the Awards Ceremony on July 1st, without an official TSA conference name badge issued based on a completed registration.
Semifinalist postings for events will appear on the TSA website and via the conference app once they become available during the conference. Finalist postings will be available on the TSA website on July 2nd.
