Join a former national TSA officer for a candid look at what it takes to lead – from running effective chapter meetings to campaigning for state and national office. In this session, attendees will learn strategies for excelling in their current officer roles, building credibility within their chapters and delegations, and preparing a strong candidacy for higher office. Whether you are a newly elected chapter officer or already eyeing state office, this session offers a roadmap drawn from real experience at every level of TSA.

Exploring Leadership: Finding Your Voice and Leading with Purpose
Great leaders are not just born – they develop through experiences that build confidence, communication, resilience, and service skills. Inspired by themes from the TSA Voices podcast series, this interactive session challenges students to discover new ways to lead authentically within their schools, chapters, and communities. Participants will explore real-world leadership strategies, chapter culture building, public speaking techniques, innovation mindset, and actionable approaches to create opportunities instead of waiting for them. Students will leave the session empowered with practical tools to strengthen their leadership presence and make a lasting impact in TSA and beyond.
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT SESSION
Level Up Your Leadership: Becoming the Leader Your Chapter Needs
Leadership development starts long before high school. In this energetic and engaging session, middle school TSA members will discover how small actions, positive attitudes, teamwork, creativity, and communication skills can transform them into standout leaders. Through interactive activities and relatable examples, students will learn ways to build confidence, support teammates, solve problems creatively, and represent their chapters with excellence. This session is designed to help young leaders unlock their potential and develop the 21st century leadership skills needed for future success.
