Information for Voting Delegates 

For State Advisors

• State advisors may designate up to six state officer voting delegates via the TSA State Advisor Site. 

For Chapter Advisors

• When completing chapter conference registration, advisors may designate up to two voting delegates (members who will be present at the conference) to represent their chapter. Advisors should carefully consider their choice of delegates, as no changes can be made after conference registration has been submitted.

For Student Members

• Voting will be completed electronically via a delegate’s cell phone. Each delegate must bring a fully charged cell phone to the meeting. Delegates must have access to data via their phone, as Wi-Fi will not be provided during the voting session.
• The 2025 National TSA Conference annual TSA Business Meeting will be held on June 30th. On that date, voting delegates will be seated between 7:00 am and 7:30 am; at 7:30 am, doors will be secured. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry. Only members with a voting delegate ribbon will be admitted to the meeting. (Voting delegate ribbons will be included in registration packets.)
• Delegates must make sure they know their member ID and password prior to being seated for the voting session; delegates will use this information to access the TSA Student Member Site during the meeting for voting.
• At the meeting, delegates will cast their votes for the 2025-2026 national TSA officers - and for any other business items on the meeting agenda that require voting.
