Hotel Room Reservation Policy
- A major credit card is required to confirm all room reservations.
- Based on room availability, until June 5, 2025, up to 9 rooms may be reserved online. Requests for 10 or more rooms, but fewer than 20, must be reserved by the hotel’s group housing coordinator.
- Group reservation requests of 20 rooms or more must pay a non-transferable, non-refundable one-night rate plus tax per room, when the reservation is made. The hotel reserves the right to reference past conference reservation history prior to confirming a group reservation request. Requests for 20 or more rooms must be reserved by the hotel group housing coordinator.
- Cancelling any room reservation (individual or group) after May 7, 2025, will result in a two-night rate and tax penalty charged to the credit card on file per cancelled room. This policy supersedes any hotel policies.
- A $200 per person fee will be assessed by TSA, Inc. on conference registration day for any conference attendee who does not stay at a 2025 National TSA Conference hotel: The Gaylord Opryland Resort or the Inn at Opryland. Conference attendees are required to stay 6/27, 6/28, 6/29 and 6/30. Attendees living within a twenty-five-mile radius of Nashville, Tennessee are exempt from this policy.
- Check-in/checkout information is available on each hotel’s website.
Currently, only king rooms remain available at the Gaylord Opryland. The hotel has rollaway beds and air mattresses available, which are for use in king rooms only (1 rollaway/air mattress per room). These can be requested at check in on a first come, first serve basis.
