Conference Registration is now open!
Registration is based on a first come, first served basis. Registration will close after payment or purchase order has been received for the first 150 teams on or before May 14th. Registration updates will be posted on this page. Please register as soon as possible to secure your spot at the national competitions.

Who Must Register
Anyone who attends the 2025 National TEAMS Competitions must register, including parents, children, and any other guests. Throughout the conference, volunteer hosts check the name badges of all attendees at the entrance to the competitive events and other activities. There will be no admittance to any event, including the awards ceremony on July 1st , without a name badge.
TEAMS coaches (middle and high school) must pre-register their student participants for the conference. The acting TEAMS coach who is attending the conference must be registered as the team coach and provide an accurate email address for important conference updates.
If you are also attending the National TSA Conference, you must submit a separate registration for the National TEAMS Competitions. Registration fees will be applied once.
No onsite registration for competitive event participation is available.

Refund Policy
National TSA conference registration refunds are granted only to those who provide a written refund request (emailed to register@tsaweb.org) received by National TSA on or before May 14, 2025. The fee for cancellation is 50% of registration. All refund payments will be mailed after the conference and the 50% cancellation fee is deducted accordingly.
