Conference Registration Information
Registration Policy
In accordance with the 2026 TEAMS policy, all teams must be affiliated with a school, and the primary coach listed on the TEAMS account must be a faculty member of the participating school. As a result, a faculty member from the participating school must serve as the TEAMS coach and accompany all teams from their school to the 2026 National TEAMS Competition.
If a faculty member is unable to attend and serve as the TEAMS coach, TSA must receive a written authorization e-mail from the primary coach at the participating school permitting an adult chaperone (such as a parent) to attend in their place. This authorization must be submitted via email to Amber Williams, TEAMS Manager, no later than May 6, 2026.
Failure to provide this authorization by the deadline will result in the cancellation of all team registrations from the participating school, and a 50% refund will be issued.
Who Must Register
Anyone (including parents, children, and other guests) who attends the 2026 National TEAMS Competition must register and be issued an official name badge. Throughout the conference, volunteer hosts will check the name badge of all attendees at the entrance to the general sessions, the competitions, and other activities. There will be no admittance to any event, including the awards ceremony on June 26th, without a name badge.
Registered parents, guests, and children who are not compliant with the TEAMS Dress Code and who wish to attend the Awards Ceremony, may be asked to sit in a designated section, if permitted entry.
TEAMS coaches and student attendees (middle and high school) must pre-register for the conference. No onsite registration for competition participation is available.
