Conference Registration Information

Who Must Register

Anyone (including parents, children, and other guests) who attends the 2026 National TEAMS Competition must register and be issued an official name badge. Throughout the conference, volunteer hosts will check the name badge of all attendees at the entrance to the general sessions, the competitions, and other activities. There will be no admittance to any event, including the awards ceremony on June 26th, without a name badge. 

Registered parents, guests, and children who are not compliant with the TEAMS Dress Code and who wish to attend the Awards Ceremony, may be asked to sit in a designated section, if permitted entry.

TEAMS coaches and student attendees (middle and high school) must pre-register for the conference. No onsite registration for competition participation is available.  

Refund Policy

National TSA conference registration refunds are granted only to those who provide a written refund request (emailed to register@tsaweb.org) received by National TSA on or before May 6, 2026. The fee for cancellation is 50% of registration. All refund payments will be mailed after the conference and the 50% cancellation fee is deducted accordingly.
