The national TSA virtual conference will be a conference held entirely over the Internet. The conference will allow participants to remotely access competitions, general sessions, and other conference-related events from their electronic devices (computers, tablets, phones), regardless of their location in the country. No portion of the 2021 national TSA conference will be held at a physical location.

The 2021 national TSA conference provides the opportunity for members to come together, in the spirit of competition and comraderie, to participate virtually in competitive events, general sessions, elections, meetings, and other activities.

Conference dates – June 1, 2021 to June 25, 2021

Details about the 2021 national TSA conference virtual competitive events are available now at  Virtual Competitions (tsaweb.org).

The competitive events schedule will be available March 15, 2021 at www.tsaweb.org.

Online conference registration opens March 15, 2021 at www.tsaweb.org and closes on May 14, 2021.

The campaign and election this year will be held virtually. Dedicated web pages for each candidate will be developed by national TSA and posted at www.tsaweb.org. These pages will include a candidate’s photo, bio, flyer outlining the candidate’s campaign platform, and a video of the candidate’s  2 ½ minute speech. 

The election will take place via a mobile app and will begin Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Runoffs, if required, will be held in subsequent voting windows until winners are determined. The 2021-2022 national TSA officers will be announced during the Awards Ceremony.

There will be three general sessions. The program start times will vary each day according to time zones across the country and will be broadcast via the conference platform for registered attendees.

Wednesday, June 23 – Red Session
Thursday, June 24 – White Session
Friday, June 25 – Blue Session

Top ten finalists and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophy winners will be announced during each of the three general sessions. In addition, general sessions will feature a keynote speaker, membership awards, superlative awards, leadership speakers, senior farewell, officer presentations, introduction of newly elected officers, and much more.

TSA will provide ongoing updated conference information on the conference web page. Conference information also will be shared through social media and email messages.

Yes – chapter advisors (and others) can attend with or without chapter members.

National TSA conference registration refunds are granted only to those who provide a written refund request (emailed to register@tsaweb.org) received by National TSA on or before May 14, 2021. The fee for cancellation is 50% of registration. All refund payments will be mailed after the conference and the 50% cancellation fee is deducted accordingly.
