Affordable Fast Food

Food sale kiosks for pizza, sandwiches, and BBQ will be available in the Gaylord Texan Resort during the conference. Kiosk vendors will be located in the Longhorn Exhibit Hall, located in the main level of the convention center. Also, breakfast "grab and go" items will be for sale in the hotel.

Resort Restaurants

• Riverwalk Cantina (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• Marketplace Coffee Shop (typical hours are 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, but hours may be subject to change)
• Zeppole (dinner only)
• Texan Station (lunch and dinner, until late evening)
• Old Hickory Steakhouse (dinner only)

Valet parking: TSA guests enjoy a discounted rate of $21 (regular rate is $42) per day, plus tax.

Self-parking: The TSA overnight guest rate is $11 (regular rate is $22) per day, plus tax.

Bus parking is $75 per night in a lot at the corner of Turner Road and Ruth Wall Road, located ¼ mile from the Gaylord Texan property.

Hotel and Parking Tax Exemption for Schools
Tax exemption forms – one for hotel room taxes and one for parking taxes – are available for schools to apply for reduced tax rates. Completed tax exemption forms should be submitted to the Gaylord representative who assists the chapter advisor/other TSA individual responsible at hotel check in. Tax exemption forms should not be submitted to national TSA, as TSA is not responsible for tax exemptions or status. The Gaylord hotel will make tax exemption adjustments, as applicable, to the final folio.

Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center

• A major credit card is required to confirm all room reservations.
• Based on room availability, until June 6, 2022, up to 9 rooms may be reserved online or by calling hotel reservations 1-877-491-5138). Requests for 10 or more rooms, but fewer than 20, must be reserved by the hotel group housing coordinator; call hotel reservations (+1-817/778-1000) to speak with the coordinator.
• Group reservation requests of 20 rooms or more must pay a non-refundable one-night rate plus tax per room, when the reservation is made. The hotel reserves the right to reference past conference reservation history prior to confirming a group reservation request. Requests for 20 or more rooms must be reserved by the hotel group housing coordinator; call hotel reservations (+1 877-491-5138) to speak with the coordinator, or email Susan Morris at smorris@gaylordhotels.com.
• Cancelling any room reservation (individual or group) after May 15, 2022, will result in a two-night rate and tax penalty charged to the credit card on file per cancelled room. This policy supersedes any hotel policies. 
• A $200 per person fee will be assessed by TSA, Inc. on conference registration day for any conference attendee who does not stay at the Gaylord Texan Resort. Conference attendees are required to stay at the Gaylord Texan Resort on 6/27, 6/28, and 6/29. This policy is not implemented once the hotel sleeping room block is sold out and permission has been granted by National TSA. Attendees living within a twenty-five-mile radius of Dallas, Texas are exempt from this policy.
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

Local Shuttle

Discounted transportation service (provided by the City of Grapevine) to designated Grapevine locations will be available for TSA participants staying at the Gaylord Texan Resort. Designated locations include the nearby Grapevine Mills Mall and downtown Grapevine. Grapevine Mills Mall includes a large fast-food court and a variety of restaurants. Historic downtown Grapevine features specialty shops, restaurants, tearooms, the Grapevine Historical Museum, and the depot for the Grapevine Vintage Railroad.
