The Liberty University School of Engineering offers five Bachelor of Science degrees in: Civil (includes an online delivery), Computer, Electrical, Industrial & Systems, and Mechanical Engineering. It also offers MS and PhD degrees in Engineering. The Fall 2020 semester engineering enrollment was 600 students. Engineering class sizes are capped at 24 students so students can know personally, and communicate easily with, their classmates and professors. There are numerous student clubs and competition teams in which to get involved: e.g., Civil Engineering, ASME, Cyber Defense, Engineering & Missions Research, IEEE, Society of Women Engineers; Robotics, Mars Rover, Human-Powered Vehicle; Baja; and Formula SAE Electric. Half of our graduates have jobs before they graduate (94% have jobs within 6 months), with a median starting salary in the $60,000 - $70,000 range at companies such as Boeing, Framatome, Harris, Intel, Lockheed Martin, Proctor Gamble, Rolls Royce, and Tesla. Those seeking advanced degrees have attended universities such as Colorado State, Georgia Tech, Ohio State, Purdue, and Johns Hopkins.
