Mentorship provides an opportunity for new or potential chapter advisors to connect with an experienced chapter advisor who can answer questions, explain advisor role and responsibilities, and provide recommendations for setting up and running a chapter.
Mentors and mentees are matched by:
- school level (middle school or high school)
- state or state delegation size
- teaching focus (i.e., computer science, manufacturing, transportation, etc.)
