2022 National TSA Conference Health and Safety Protocols*
National TSA considers the health and safety of all who attend the 2022 National TSA Conference as its top priority. We are committed to facilitating optimal health and safety conditions throughout the 2022 National TSA Conference in Dallas, Texas in June.
Given the uncertain length of the current pandemic, National TSA will monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and publish any updates regarding the conference on the conference webpage. TSA recommends that attendees check the rules of travel and transportation providers to determine their cancellation policies prior to making any arrangements. TSA assumes no risk for any individual or group costs in relation to travel, lodging or other expenses.
Safety Agreement and Waiver: All attendees will be required to complete and sign a COVID-19 Health & Safety Policy and Waiver form. Chapter advisors will be responsible for ensuring the agreement/waiver form has been completed and signed for all attendees in their group, including adults. It is the responsibility of the chapter advisor to make sure there is a completed form for each participant, including adults, and provide a copy to their state advisor prior to the conference if requested. National TSA reserves the right to request a completed copy of this form at any time from the chapter advisor or state advisor. National TSA is not responsible for activities planned outside of conference events.
Mask Requirements: TSA is recommending that all attendees wear a mask in all public space throughout the conference. You must bring your own masks. TSA is not providing hand sanitizer, wipes or any form of disinfectant. It is the responsibility of each chapter to provide their own products.
